Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Göbel MA studied architecture at Bochum University of Applied Sciences and graduated with a degree in engineering in 2000. Shortly afterwards, he completed a Master of Arts in Architecture Media Management. As an architect, Andreas Göbel got to know modular planning and construction from the client’s side and, as he says himself, learnt to ‘love’ it. He initially applied his knowledge at Vonovia, Germany’s largest housing group, for which he planned and realised modular residential buildings early on as a project developer. Since 2020, he has been pursuing the communicative approach at Daiwa House, the world’s seventh-largest construction group. Andreas Göbel is responsible for sales in Germany at Daiwa House Modular Europe.

Livia Rainsberger is the owner of the consulting firm WISSENCE, which specialises in supporting companies in their transformation processes towards contemporary sales. The expert supports companies in the conception and implementation of state-of-the-art strategies, approaches and processes in sales. She also teaches at universities of applied sciences and imparts valuable knowledge on these complex and important sales topics with keynotes, lectures and specialist publications, creating awareness of the necessary changes in the sales environment.

Thomas Stemeseder is managing director of the family business G.S. Stemeseder GmbH, which has decades of experience in the aluminium sector and places great value on a consistent quality policy, innovative product development, customer orientation and reliable delivery service. The company produces patented aluminium profiles for windows and doors as well as sun and insect protection systems. The company has been operating in Pinkafeld since February 2020 and is one of the most important employers in the Burgenland region.

He is an expert in the field of market intelligence and international economics, particularly in the development of forecasting models. Stefano Armandi previously worked for many years as a management consultant, before that in research and teaching at the International University Vienna. Stefano Armandi studied economics at the University of Rome and holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Milan.
